1. The counterclaims of the captioned 2 applications both filed in January 2015 were tried together by this Tribunal on 4 days in early February 2023. All parties were legally represented at trial. On top of written opening submissions lodged by parties’ counsels, 2,000 odd pages of documents were produced by way of trial bundles at trial [1] .
