2. I have summarized the evidence in my Reasons for Verdict. In gist, shortly after 10:00 p.m. on 5 September 2022, Madam Ouyang (PW1), a street cleaner, was on duty in uniform working at Chun Yin Square Playground in Yuen Long ("the Playground"). She was standing near a park bench and had just taken out her cell phone holding it in her hand. Suddenly, the defendant ran towards her and tried to snatch her cell phone.
