Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 31 July 2024: -

1.At page 27 between line J and K, the words, “N’s Civil Actions in Lands Tribunal and Small Claims Tribunal”, should read as “N’s Civil Actions in Labour Tribunal and Small Claims Tribunal”;

2.At page 43 between line S and T, the words, “DSI Li relied on such a document”, should read as “DSI Lee relied on such a document”;

3.At page 58 between line J and K, the words, “Ground 1 (HCAL 1031/2021 – M’s case)”, should read as “Ground 1 (HCAL 1034/2021 – M’s case)”;
