控罪:	[1] 危險駕駛引致他人死亡（Causing death by dangerous driving）
	[2] 使用一輪車尾標記不符合附表第11第III部條文的車輛（Using a vehicle with rear markings that do not comply with the provisions set out in Part III of Eleventh Schedule）
	[3] 使用貨車而所裝配的自動裝置不能夠發出聲音並不可給予充份警告（Using a goods vehicle fitted with an automatic device other than capable of giving audible and sufficient warning）
	[4] 使用貨車而所配備的擋泥翼不符合認可規格（Using a goods vehicle not equipped with mudflaps with approved specifications）
	[5] 使用配件並非在良好及可使用狀態的車輛（Using a vehicle with fitting other than in good and serviceable condition）

判刑理由書

1.就第一項控罪而言，由於本席在裁決理由書中已詳述定罪基礎，在此不再累述。就控罪二至五本席認為罰款是適合的控罪。

2.就第一項「不小心駕駛」罪，本席判處被告需罰款港幣5,000元及停牌12 個月，即時生效。第二至四項控罪，每項控罪分別罰款港幣1,200元，合共罰款港幣4,800元。

3.五項控罪總共罰款港幣9,800元，並由被告的一萬元擔保金內扣除。
