The applicant filed Form 86 dated 27 November 2018 (HCAL 2683 of 2018) for leave for judicial review of the Director’s letter dated 13 November 2018 (“the Director’s letter”), which the Department acknowledged receipt of her letter on the same date for withdrawal of her request for non-refoulement claim. Obviously, the Director’s letter is not judicially reviewable because the Director had not made any decision in this letter. This application is therefore dismissed in limine.
