This is an application by Mr Hawlader Sahid (the “Applicant”) for leave to apply for judicial review of the decision of the Torture Claims Appeal Board (the “2019 Board”) dated 9 December 2019 (the “2019 Board Decision”) when the 2019 Board affirmed the decision of the Director of Immigration (the “Director”) dated 30 September 2019 (the “2019 DOI Decision”) in refusing the Applicant’s claim for non-refoulement protection (the “2019 Claim”).
