Please note the following corrigenda in the Decision dated 28 March 2024:

1.In paragraph 23, delete the reference to “§§20 and 21 above” in the last sentence are replace it with “§§19 and 20 above”.

2.In the opening sentence of §62, delete “HK$1.94 million” and replace it with “HK$1.87 million”.

3.§62(a) of the Decision should be deleted and replaced by the following:

“(a) HK$ 1,722,221.54 (ie HK$2,165,587.00 less HK$443,365.46) under Issue 1;”
