The main protagonists in these actions were Kwok Yiu Wai Andy (“Kwok”) and Teh Boon Khuan (“Teh”), respectively the ultimate majority and minority shareholders of their joint venture through the corporate vehicle, ie the plaintiff (“HJI”).
