This is an application by Madam Songnok Punthipa (“Applicant”) for leave to apply for judicial review of the decision of the Torture Claims Appeal Board (“Board”) dated 16 January 2020 (“Board’s Decision”) when the Board affirmed the decision of the Director of Immigration (“Director”) dated 20 September 2018 (“DOI Decision”) in refusing the Applicant’s claim for non-refoulement protection (“NRC”).
