1. 申索人入稟勞資審裁處,向被告人追討代通知金、年假補償、加班費及交通費。經審訊後,暫委審裁官吳尚禮(「審裁官」)裁定被告人有足夠理由即時解僱申索人,所以毋須支付代通知金和年假補償。有關加班費及交通費,審裁官認為被告人在僱傭合約中沒有向申索人支付加班費和交通費的責任,所以亦判申索人敗訴。
