1. The defendant pleaded guilty to one count of trafficking in a dangerous drug, contrary to section 4(1)(a) and (3) of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, Cap.134, before Magistrate Ms. Minnie Wat and was committed, on 16 th January 2025, to the Court of First Instance for sentence. The defendant confirmed her plea and admission to the Summary of Facts before me, and her conviction is duly recorded.
