The defendants each pleaded guilty to one joint count (Count 2) of trafficking in dangerous drugs [1] before Magistrate Mr. Jeffrey Sze, admitted to the summary of facts and were committed, on 7 th October 2024, to the Court of First Instance for sentence. They confirmed their pleas and admissions before me and the convictions were duly recorded.
