1. The defendant pleaded guilty to 2 counts of trafficking in a dangerous drug [1] (count 1 and 3) and one count of manufacturing a dangerous drug [2] (count 2) before Magistrate Mr. Jeffrey Sze and was committed, on 16 th January 2025, to the Court of First Instance for sentence. He confirmed his pleas and admission to the Summary of Facts before me, and his convictions were duly recorded.
