This is the applicant’s appeal against the decision of Deputy High Court Judge To (“the Judge”) given on 14 February 2025 [1] refusing to give her leave to judicially review the decision of the Torture Claims Appeal Board (“the Board”) dated 5 July 2019 dismissing her appeal against the decision of the Director of Immigration (“the Director”) dated 20 March 2018 which rejected her non-refoulement claim.
