Page 5, Paragraph 15:

should read
15. “… for which I do not see any good or valid justification, such that I may refuse leave however strong the complaint might otherwise be (see AW, supra, at §27(iii) as approved in H, supra, at §37(2)). At the very the least, this considerably weakens the request for indulgence to be granted to her in the court’s discretion, and I have borne it in mind in conjunction with the other matters below.”
