The Appellant was convicted after trial before the Magistrate of one count of “possession of offensive weapons in a public place”, contrary to section 33(1) and (2) of the Public Order Ordinance, Cap. 245. He was sentenced to 3 months’ imprisonment. The Appellant now appeals against his conviction.
