1. A total of 6 defendants were arrested and charged in this case, four of them pleading guilty, and two not guilty, to their respective charges. On 4 December 2023, the 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd and 4 th defendants pleaded guilty in the magistracy to most of the charges that they faced and they admitted a Summary of Facts dated 13 September 2023 in respect of those charges.
