1. The defendants have entered pleas to this indictment as follows: The 1 st defendant has pleaded guilty to the 1 st charge and the 2 nd defendant has pleaded guilty to the 2 nd , 3 rd and 4 th charges. All the charges alleged dealing with property known or believed to represent proceeds of an indictable offence, contrary to section 25(1) and (3) of the Organized and Serious Crimes Ordinance, Cap 455. These offences can colloquially be described as money laundering offences.
