I have before me an application for writ of habeas corpus filed by the Applicant on 13 November 2025 seeking his release from Tai Tam Gap Correctional Institution (“TGCI”) where he is presently being detained (“the Application”). He has been detained since 12 July 2025 making the period of detention to date 161 days (“the Detention”).
