I have before me an application for writ of habeas corpus by the Applicant filed on 15 September 2025 seeking his release from Tai Tam Gap Correctional Institution (“TGCI”) where he has been detained since 4 August 2024 (“the Application”). The period of detention to date is 443 days (“the Detention”).
