In Footnote 7 on page 5, the words:

“… negative commentary in cases such as Chidomere Christian Okechukwu v TCAB/NRCPO [2025] HKCA 694 (which was handed down, by a differently constituted Court of Appeal, one day before the Court of Appeal’s decision in Paclipan).”

should be replaced by

“… negative commentary in cases such as the appeal in Paclipan Neil Oliver Ones [2025] HKCA 811 (which was handed down, by a differently constituted Court of Appeal, one day before the Court of Appeal’s decision in Chidomere Christain Okechukwu, supra).”
