CORRIGENDUM

Please note the following corrections to the judgment of the Court of Appeal dated 23 December 2025:

1.The 3rd sentence in paragraph 15 should read “… the Debtor to submit an explanation to the Court of Appeal (see paragraph 13 above) be extended to 10 August.”

2.Paragraph 31 in Chinese should read “本庭亦不認為有其他理由，以致應交由終審法院裁決。”
