1. There are two appeals before me. The first one is an appeal against the decision of the Registrar made on 20 October 2003 on interim payment. That appeal was part heard on 8 December 2003 and the hearing resumed on 26 February 2004. The second is an appeal against the decision of Master So made on 19 December 2003 giving summary judgment for possession and damages to be assessed against the 2nd to 4th Defendants. That appeal was adjourned by Sakhrani J on 19 January 2004 to be heard together
