There is nothing wrong with these orders made by Master O'Donnell on 8th September 1995 and 27th October 1995 and the appeal not only hopelessly out of time also there is nothing wrong with the order.

If Plaintiff said he did not receive the summons nor the orders the proper procedure is to apply to set aside the order on the ground that he had not received the summons nor orders.
