By a summons dated 6 April 2004, the Respondent sought an order for excluding certain specified paragraphs from the witness statements of two witnesses of the Appellant on the ground that they are inadmissible. Although the summons was, on its face, returnable before me and a member of the Lands Tribunal, it was agreed between the parties that I could deal with the application on my own.
