Kindly note that paragraph 15 lines 2 to 7 which reads "I wish to add that the lodging of a sealed copy of the order is not a requirement for setting down even under Order 59 r.5 of the HCR when an appeal is set down within 7 days of the service of a notice of appeal. The reference to a sealed copy of the order appealed against in Order 59 r.5 of the HCR is only for the purpose of reckoning time limit for setting down." be deleted. Please amend accordingly.
