The sentence in para. 102 of Lord Millett NPJ's judgment which reads: "Accordingly, I reject the approach taken by Rogers JA that Mr Sung's marriage, originally polygamous, became monogamous in 1931." should be replaced by the following two sentences: "Accordingly, I reject the approach taken by Rogers JA. Mr Sung's marriage, originally polygamous, became monogamous in 1931."
