The following amendments should be made to paragraph 11 of the judgment dated 21st July 2003;-

1. In the 10th line, the words "Such remedies are to be" should be added before the words "given to the landlord";

2. In the 11th line, the full stop after the word "(Respondent)" should be replaced by a comma and the words "Such remedies" should be deleted and replaced by the word "but"; and

3. In the 12th line, the word "Naturally" should be deleted and replaced by the words "On the other hand"
