Kindly note the following corrections in the judgment (No.2) of the above-mentioned case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Yam in Chambers on 31 July, 2003:-

p.8, para.18, between line (N) and line (O)	:	The paragraph "(2) The plaintiff do pay the defendant interest on the sum of HK$2,938,743.04 from 1st January 1995 at 1% above the best lending rate per annum until the date of the writ." should be inserted after paragraph 18 (1)

p.8, para.18, between line (N) and line (O)	:	The paragraph no. "18 (2)" should read "18(3)"
