In the Judgment handed down by Deputy High Court Judge Lam in the above appeal, the followings are the amendments:-

(1) at page 11, between line C and D, add the word "be" between "not" and "any" ;

(2) at page 13, between line F and G, deleted 2(b) after "Paragraph" and substituted 3(2)(b);

(3) at page 13, line N deleted 2(b) after "Paragraph" and substituted 3(2)(b).
