Kindly note the following typographical errors in the Judgment above mentioned handed down by the Honourable Madam Justice Yuen sitting in Court on 8 January 2002:-

"(i) Page 15, paragraph 63, line N - O: the word 'also' be added after 'was';

(ii) Page 25, paragraph 102, line K - L: the word 'specularities' be deleted and substituted by 'peculiarities'; and

(iii) Page 28, paragraph 113, line G: the word 'for' be deleted and substituted by 'of'."
