Kindly note the following correction in the Judgment of the above mentioned case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Suffiad on 1 August 2003:-

1. Page 18, paragraph 71, line 3 should read as "offered by NEATS (Non-emergency Ambulance Transfer Service) instead of "offered by NEATS (Nethersole Eastern Ambulance Transfer Service)".
