I have before me two summonses taken out by the liquidators of Chark Fung Securities Company Limited (“CFS”) and Kee Fung Sing International Finance Company Limited (“KFS”) (collectively “the Companies”) on 8 November 2005, for directions under section 200(3) of the Companies Ordinance, Cap. 32. The liquidators have previously sought directions relating to the allocation and return to clients of the Companies of securities held by CFS for these clients, and orders were made on 13 November 20
