1.On page 25 at paragraph 63,  the 1^st sentence should read:

“For the above reasons, the answer I would give to the first question in the case stated is yes.”

2.On page 25 at paragraph 63, the following sentence be added after the last             

sentence :

“So the answer to the second question, as it applies to paragraph 18 of the case stated, is no.”
