CORRIGENDUM

1.  In the 2nd line of paragraph 6, ‘$299,000.00’ should read ‘$299,278.03’ .

2.  In the 3rd line of paragraph 6, ‘$206,000.00’ should read ‘$206,400.00’.

3.  In the 2nd line of paragraph 9, ‘Defendant’ should read ‘Plaintiff’.

4.  In the 4th line of paragraph 33, ‘$206,000.00’ should read ‘$206,400.00’ and ‘$299,000.00’ should read ‘$299,278.03’.

5.  In the 5th line of paragraph 33, ‘$206,000.00’ should read ‘$206,400.00’.

6.  In the 5th line of paragraph 51, ‘and on $85,983.00 being the balance of sick leave pay and pre-trial loss of earnings (after discounting 10% from $298,870.00 + $26,000.00 =$292,313.00 then less $206,400.00 =$85,983.00)’ be inserted between ‘special damages’ and ‘from the date of accident’.
