1. These two actions arose out of a traffic accident in which a public light bus registration No. KM8071 and an ambulance registration No. AM 5288 collided at the junction of Ma Tau Wai Road and Bailey Street at about 2.20 a.m. on 11 June 2003. As a result passengers on board the public light bus were injured and both vehicles were damaged. The driver of the ambulance was also injured.
