Kindly note the following correction in the Judgement of the above mentioned case handed down by Hon Saunders J on 29^th November 2006:

1.     the words “$607,919.88” in line R and line U of paragraph 1 on page 1 and line D of paragraph 31 on page 11 should be replaced by the words “$594,822.59”.

2.     the words “$1,166,039.89” in line T of paragraph 1 on page 1 should be replaced by the words “$1,142,902.25”.
