Kindly note the following correction in the Ruling on costs of the above mentioned case handed down by Hon Saunders J on 26^th January 2007:

1.     the date of hearing “14 January 2007” in the heading should be amended to “12 January 2007”.

2.     the words “14” in line J of paragraph 4 on page 2 and line O of paragraph 9 on page 3 should be replaced by the words “12”.
