1. This was an application for leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal from a judgment of this court handed down on 27 December 2006. The application was made under the provisions of both section 22(1)(a) and (b) of the Court of Final Appeal Ordinance Cap. 484 (“the Ordinance”). At the conclusion of the hearing of this application leave was refused with reasons to be given in writing.
