Kindly note the following corrections in the Judgment of the above case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Poon on 20 June 2007: -

Paragraph 89, line 4, the estimated traveling expense is “HK$6,896.50” instead of “HK$5,271.50”.

Paragraph 90, the total amount allowed under this head is “HK$84,296.50” instead of “HK$84,496.50”.

Paragraph 99, (3) accommodation, traveling and ancillary expenses are “HK$27,990.23” instead of “HK$227,990.23”.

Paragraph 113, the paragraph should be amended to read “I will allow in full the amount claimed, that is, HK$89,687.”.

Paragraph 114, the 2nd sentence should be amended to read “For leisure and socialization, claims HK$1,000 per month and arrives at HK$1,000 x 12 x 13 x ½ =HK$78,000.”.
