1. 申請人（易明結先生）為福廣證劵有限公司的債權人及分擔人。該公司於1999年5月17日被法庭頒令清盤。原因為該公司無能力清還所有欠款，因此被強制性清盤。當時申請清盤令的呈請人為公司的前僱員，以公司未能支付勞資審裁處頒令公司須支付前僱員的欠薪（約八十萬元）的判決。
