1. At about 1:40pm on 6 th November 2005, there was a collision at the T-junction of Hong Ning Road and Kwun Tong Road (“ Junction ”) between 2 private vehicles bearing registration nos. HJ3655 (“ HJ3655 ”) and KP4707 (“ KP4707 ”) driven by the 1 st Plaintiff and the Defendant respectively (“ Accident ”). The 1 st Plaintiff was also the owner of HJ3655.
