1. This is a claim for damages for personal injuries arising out of an incident that occurred on 19 May 2004 around 5.30 a.m.(“the Incident”). The Incident involved the taxi driven by the Plaintiff (“the taxi”) and the private car driven by the Defendant (“the private car”).
