The applicant Chan Yuet-kam applies for compensation under section 9 and section 10A of the Employees Compensation Ordinance, Cap. 282 (hereinafter referred to as “the ordinance”), against her former employer Acefair Industries Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Acefair”), for two industrial accidents that took place in the course of her employment.
