1.Paragraph 178 of the judgment dealing with Interest on all special damages should read:

“Interest on all special damages including pre-trial loss of earnings will be awarded at half judgment rate from the date of the second accident (it being the more serious of the two) on the full amount of $744,942.30 until 13 February 2002 (being date when periodical payments of $288,973 were fully paid) and from 13 February 2002 until judgment upon the reduced amount of $455,969.30.”

2.The amount of Interests on Special damages in paragraph 179 be amended from “$275,025” to “$193,319”;

3.The Sub-total in paragraph 179 be amended from “$1,389,475.30” to “$1,307,769.30”;

4.The final figure in line 3 of paragraph 180 and in paragraph 181 be amended from “$1,100,502.30” to “$1,018,796.30”
