1. I am dealing with an action consolidated from two cases and they are DCCJ 6155/2006 and DCCJ 6156/2006. The Incorporated Owners of Yue Tin Court (the “Incorporated Owners”) is the Plaintiff in both actions that are instituted against the Defendants who are registered owners of two units in Yue Tin Court.
