1. On 22 January 2010, the Court ordered that the originating summons issued on 29 December 2009 in HCAL 143/2009 be struck out and that action be dismissed. The Court also dismissed two essentially identical applications of Tsui Kin Kwok Johnnie, the plaintiff in HCAL 143/2009 and applicant in HCAL 50/2009, made in the two sets of proceedings, for the staying of HCAL 50/2009 in favour of HCAL 143/2009.
