1. Both defendants, Fu Kor Kuen Patrick (D1) and Lee Shu Yuen Francis (D2), were jointly charged with 20 counts of false trading offence contrary to section 295(1)(a) and (6) of the Security and Futures Ordinance Cap.571. They were convicted as charged after trial.
