Please take note that the following correction should be made to the Court of Appeal judgment dated 21 December 2010:

The sentence that begins in the last line of page 4 and ends in the first line of page 5 in paragraph 5: ‘we are of the view that the sentence in the end has to be uniform and appropriate’ should be corrected as ‘we are of the view that the sentence in the end has to be balanced and appropriate’.
