CORRIGENDUM

Please take notice that the following corrections have been made by their Lordships Mr. Justice Tang, Acting Chief Judge of the High Court, Mr. Justice Yeung, Justice of Appeal and Madam Justice Kwan, Justice of Appeal on 13 April 2011 to the judgment handed down in this case:

“1. Paragraph 2 on page 2 —— ‘In 2006, Madam Cheuk petitioned for divorce from Lo Yeuk Wai.’ should read ‘In 2006, Lo Yeuk Wai petitioned for divorce from Madam Cheuk.’;

2. Paragraph 3 on page 3 —— ‘(2) $270,000 was transferred from the defendants’ account to Lo Yeuk Wai’s account and then paid by him; (3) $90,000 was paid from Lo Yeuk Wai’s account;’ should read ‘(2) $360,000 was transferred from the joint account of Madam Cheuk and Lo Yeuk Wai to Lo Yeuk Wai’s account, and then paid to the Housing Authority;’;

3. Paragraph 3 on page 3 —— ‘(4) $800,000 was transferred from the joint account of Madam Cheuk and Lo Yeuk Wai to Yip So Wan’s account, and then paid to the Housing Authority.’ should read ‘(3) $800,000 was transferred from the joint account of Madam Cheuk and Lo Yeuk Wai to Yip So Wan’s account, then from Yip So Wan’s account to Lo Yeuk Wai’s account, and was finally paid to the Housing Authority.’.”
